For the last decade I’ve been lucky enough to help Hazelden Publishing and the corporate division of the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation spread hope about recovery from addiction. As a proofreader and copyeditor, I’ve worked on more than 30 Hazelden books including the memoir Shadows in the Sun  (Gayathri Ramprasad). I recently began managing books through a portion of the publication process.

Over my career, I’ve worked for other publishers and with individuals who want their fiction and nonfiction to have the best polish possible before their books are in the hands of readers.
